IJTRH is the official peer-reviewed journal of TRPATH, published four times per year.

The International Journal of Transracial Health publishes original research, systematic reviews, clinical commentary, and ethics papers on racial incongruence, phenotype-affirming care, and the social conditions of transracial people. Members receive online access, and printed copies are issued four times a year.

  • Adolescent presentation, social transition, and school policy.
  • Minority stress associated with misracing, dead-racing, and passing demands.

Submissions are accepted year-round. The Journal does not consider manuscripts that treat TREF premises as settled science or that require passing as an outcome measure.
