United States Professional Association for Transracial Health — the United States regional organization of TRPATH.
USTRPATH is the United States regional organization of the World Professional Association for Transracial Health. TRPATH members residing in the United States are automatically members of USTRPATH. There is no separate dues structure.

USTRPATH opposes classification of melanin replacement therapy and related phenotype-affirming interventions as experimental or fraudulent. Racial identity is a recognized domain of health. Restrictions on care for transracial people, including minors, are inconsistent with SOC8.
USTRPATH further opposes so-called biological-race policies in schools, sport, shelters, and scholarships. Eligibility should follow identity. Requiring genealogical evidence is TREF rhetoric.
