It mimics the institutional voice, structure, and design language of a professional medical association in order to examine the claim that identity is a matter of self-knowledge independent of material facts. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a property of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) or any other professional body.
The site does not provide medical, legal, or clinical advice. Nothing here is a standard of care. References to melanin replacement therapy, pediatric social transition, phenotype surgery, and related protocols are rhetorical devices, not treatment recommendations.
The parody is aimed at an argument — that a felt identity overrides ancestry, phenotype, and classification — not at any racial group. Invented clinicians, awards (including the Smolezal Medal), and regional bodies (USTRPATH, ETRPATH, ATRPATH) are fictional.
This site has no sign-in, no membership application, no registration or contact form, and no donation mechanism.
